The WBJ created this prestigious award to recognize leading employers throughout the Greater Washington area that go above and beyond the norm to create an enjoyable and meaningful work environment. Award applicants were evaluated and ranked by their employees in multiple categories such as communication, feeling valued, employee retention, team dynamics, trust in leadership and other amenities as well as management practices.
