Strategic ACI's Recruiting Success Leads to the Founding of Strategic Alliance Staffing Initiatives


Founder and employee of Strategic Alliance Consulting Inc. (Strategic ACI) start a new company together, Strategic Alliance Staffing Initiatives.


Building on the success of filling highly technical and competitive roles in the national security sector, Ken Lukonis, Founder of Strategic ACI, along with Ben Wells, VP of Army Programs at Strategic ACI, and Ashley Wells, an accomplished Senior Recruiter, are elated to announce the start of Strategic Alliance Staffing Initiatives (Strategic ASI). Identifying a critical, mission-focused need in the federal staffing sector, Strategic ASI was formed as a full-service business-to-business (B2B) company. With the ability to deliver on cleared contracts, Strategic ASI recruiters have decades of experience recruiting highly skilled and competitive roles across the federal government.
