Founded on Ethics

Strategic Alliance Consulting, Inc. was founded in 2013 by our President and CEO, Ken Lukonis, with a devoted mindset: Prioritize client’s needs first to achieve a set goal of assisting the US government on substantial contracts and projects, all while taking exceptional care of our employees and their families. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with nearly 65% of employees being military veterans, we are dedicated to working with military personnel and having them contribute expertise in areas ranging from geospatial engineering to system design and integration.

Leadership Team

Ken Lukonis leads Strategic ACI’s day-to-day business operations and strategic direction as the President and CEO. Ken served ten years in the Army and is a Service Disabled Veteran. Ken holds a B.S., Information Systems Management, a M.S., Computer Information Systems, a M.B.A., Technology Management and is PMP certified.

Lauren Frumusa leads Strategic ACI’s program control. Lauren is experienced in costs accounting systems, payroll systems and tax methodologies.  Lauren holds a B.S in Accounting and a M.B.A in Administration – Concentration in Accounting.

Gary Rogers leads Strategic ACI’s Intelligence Programs. As a retired Air Force pilot, Gary has over 2,500 flight hours in the B-52. Gary has vast experience in Acquisition Management, Quality Management, Risk Management and Program Management. Gary holds a B.S. degree in Microbiology, an M.A. in Business Management, an M.S. in National Security Strategy and is PMP certified.

Ben Wells leads Strategic ACI’s Army Programs. Ben is well versed in Geospatial software development, systems engineering, commercial product development and program management. Ben holds a B.A in Geography, a Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering and a M.S. in Engineering Management / Systems Engineering.

Daniel Maso leads Strategic ACI’s Federal Markets and Strategic Business Development. Daniel has experience in software development, systems engineering, commercial product sales and program management. Daniel holds a B.S., Computer Information Systems, and is PMP certified.
