Ken Lukonis, President and CEO of Strategic ACI, stated, “as a company we believe that it is our responsibility to help ensure that veterans have great career opportunities.” The V3 Program assists companies around VA to understand the veteran talent pool and train employers to implement effective long-term strategies to recruit, hire, and take care of veterans in their organizations.
The V3 certification program allows each company to go through training to educate employers how military skills translate to the private sector, defeat myths about PTSD, create a veteran hiring plan, and many other relevant topics that allow the hiring process to be great for veterans and employers.
