On Saturday, September 22, employees and families of Strategic Alliance Consulting, Inc. (Strategic ACI) donated their time to participate in the Come As You Are 5k race in an effort to raise money and awareness on substance abuse prevention and resources.
With over $30,000 raised and 234 racers in total, this annual event has never been more successful.
Strategic ACI brought in as much support as possible to spread awareness of this race. Not only in donating $2,000 to financially help support the cause - but bringing out over 20 additional family members to join in the run.
Ken Lukonis, President and CEO of Strategic ACI, weighed in on the success of the race stating:
“It really was an honor to be a part of this event” Continued Lukonis, “I think it was great to bring us together to reflect on the toll substance abuse takes on a family, and as a company represent what we believe in and support those in need around our community.”
