Strategic Alliance Consulting, Inc. was founded in 2013 by our President and CEO, Ken Lukonis, with a devoted mindset: Prioritize client’s needs first to achieve a set goal of assisting the US government on substantial contracts and projects, all while taking exceptional care of our employees and their families. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with nearly 65% of employees being military veterans, we are dedicated to working with military personnel and having them contribute expertise in areas ranging from geospatial engineering to system design and integration.

Ken Lukonis
CEO and President
Ken leads Strategic ACI’s day-to-day
business operations and strategic direction
as the President and CEO. Ken served ten years in the Army and is a Service Disabled Veteran. Ken holds a B.S., Information Systems Management, a M.S., Computer Information Systems, a M.B.A., Technology Management and is PMP certified.
Ben Wells
Director of Army Programs
Ben leads Strategic ACI’s DoD Programs.
Ben is well versed in Geospatial software development, systems engineering, commercial product development, and program management. Ben holds a B.A in Geography, a Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management / Systems Engineering.
Andy Horne
Director of Intelligence Programs
Andy leads our Intelligence Programs. He
has experience in strategic and
operational planning, intel operations,
financial and program management. Andy has a B.S. in Political Science and a M.S. in International Commerce and Policy. He also holds additional certifications in Negotiations and Conflict Management.
